Zero-Retention Streaming
Customer data is never written to our servers. Zero-retention streaming means files, emails, and messages flow directly between platforms. Only metadata (item counts, status, timestamps) is persisted for reporting and audit.
Enterprise Encryption
AES-256 encryption at rest for all stored metadata and credentials. TLS 1.3 for all data in transit. Per-tenant key isolation ensures data separation.
On-Premises Agent
Available as an alternative to SaaS deployment.
Tenant Isolation
Every database query is automatically scoped to the current tenant. Each tenant operates on its own subdomain with isolated credentials — organizations cannot access each other's data.
