Getting Started

Create Your Account

  1. Visit migratedata.app and click Start Free Trial
  2. Enter your name, email, company name, and choose a subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.migratedata.app)
  3. Set a password and click Create Account
  4. Check your email for a welcome message with your login link

Your 30-day free trial includes full access to all features. No credit card required.

Dashboard Overview

After logging in, you'll see the main dashboard with:

  • Discovery — Scan source environments to understand what you're migrating
  • Migrations — Create, monitor, and manage migration jobs
  • Connections — Manage OAuth connections to source and destination platforms
  • Settings — Team management, billing, notifications, webhooks

Your First Steps

  1. Connect your source platform — Go to Settings → Connections and authenticate with your source (e.g., Microsoft 365)
  2. Connect your destination — Add your destination platform (e.g., Google Workspace)
  3. Run a discovery scan — Go to Discovery → New Scan to analyze your source environment
  4. Review results — The scan shows user counts, data volumes, and AI risk analysis
  5. Create a migration — Use the migration wizard to configure and start your first migration
